College Program Qualification Question
Volunteering opportunities are available at different times of the day. Including evenings and weekend hours. The main need at the Hospital at this time is Monday through Friday. Once you have been on-boarded as a volunteer a Volunteer Services staff member will work with you to place you in a unit/department that meets your scheduling needs. For now all we need to know is, what day of the week works best for you?
Volunteering opportunities at CHOP allow flexible scheduling and fixed scheduling. Fixed schedules allow volunteers to work once a week on the same day each shift at the same time. For example, every Tuesday at 8am for your entire volunteer experience. Fixed scheules allow volunteers to volunteer on a different day and time of the week each week. For example, one week on a Tuesday at 10am and the next week Friday at 8am. Flex schedule also has a self-schedule online tool. What type of schedule would work best for you?
